Por esta razão, a Green Dye Intemporal Dyeing, S.A é atualmente detentora dos certificados GOTS, OCS, RCS e OEKOTEX Class I, e recentemente ISO 14001 e ISO 9001.
The Oeko Tex Class I certification was obtained in the dyeing and washing carried out for various types of cellulosic fibers, as well as polyamides and their mixtures.
These certifications assure our customers that the company complies with strict environmental and social standards throughout the dyeing and washing process of organic textiles.
They also ensure compliance with parameters related to human health, namely the non-use of dangerous or banned substances, with the main objective being the production of products free of substances harmful to human health.
ISO 14001 Certification
The acquisition of these certifications demonstrates the company's concern in the area of sustainability and guaranteeing the quality of the final product that is delivered to the customer. This certification process allowed the company to significantly increase its know-how in relation to the environmental area, create internal procedures that make the process increasingly sustainable and increase its commitment to reducing pollution, legal compliance and continuous improvement.
ISO 9001 Certification
A certificação ISO 9001 permitiu à empresa orientar o seu foco para a melhoria da satisfação do cliente. O processo de certificação permitiu uma otimização dos processos de trabalho que levaram a um aumento da qualidade do produto final. Paralelamente a isto, a Green Dye reforçou a sua aposta na melhoria contínua e consequente aumento da produtividade que são fatores essenciais para a satisfação das necessidades do cliente.
Oekotex Class I
This certification guarantees that all components of the product have been tested for harmful substances and that it is safe in human ecological terms. Tests are carried out based on an extensive and rigorous catalog of OEKO-TEX® criteria, which is reviewed and updated annually. These tests take into account numerous regulated and unregulated substances that can be harmful to human health. In many cases, the STANDARD 100 limit values go beyond national and international requirements.

GOTS
GOTS certification is defined by a standard applied to organic fibers that is recognized internationally. This certification guarantees the organic integrity of fabrics through manufacturing with social and environmental responsibility. The GOTS standard covers the various stages of the production process, from the controlled selection of chemical products, the prevention of cross-contamination and the traceability of the entire process, from cotton harvesting to the packaging of parts.

OCS
OCS certification applies to any non-food product that contains 5 to 100% organic material, verifies the presence and amount of organic material in a final product and traces the flow of raw material from its origin to the final product.

RCS
The RCS certification verifies the presence and amount of recycled material in a given final product. The standard verifies the conformity of the entire production chain, enabling a transparent, consistent, comprehensive and independent verification of the recycled material content that is indicated in the final product.
